How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Lacto-ovo vegetarian diet. Based on Zone diet, I used to measure, but now eyeball amounts.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I train at CrossFit Copenhagen and on my own. I record my progress.

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
Lifetime athlete. 5 time marathon runner, Pilates and fitness instructor. Traditional strength training before starting CrossFit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
3-4 days on, 1 day off. morning and evening workouts 2x week. Pilates 4 + times a week for mobility and core strength.
