Married for 23 years to Jon, one daughter named Chloe, age 12. CrossFitter since June 2009. Earned a Green Belt in Krav Maga in December 2009 and got my yoga teacher certification in July 2011. Currently work as a substitute elementary school teacher.
How I Eat
I always thought I could eat whatever I wanted because I've always been thin. CrossFit helped me realize the importance of good nutrition. I'm probably about 75% Paleo.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

Some of my favorite things in CrossFit are sandbag get-ups, rope climbs, pull-ups, GHD sit-ups, and sprinting. I'm a data junkie and am fastidious about logging my workouts.
