How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Diet is based around the Zone... Enjoy chicken wings and beer to much to follow strictly.

I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I workout of my garage and incorporate programming based on input from multiple affiliates that I have learned from over the last 5 years.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
Ran track, played soccer & basketball in high school... Played Div III basketball in college. I've always had an interest in fitness and trained at a Globo Gym for years.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
Was introduced to Crossfit 5 years ago by a friend. Started following the main page workouts after moving to Switzerland for 2 years. After returning to the US, attended multiple affiliates, received my Level I certification, and started training out of my garage.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
3 Days on/ 1 Day off with a focus on Strength and skill training before and after WOD
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I remember the early days of Crossfit prior to the games. I miss the Infidel and mainpage shirts.
