I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
It has been an amazing experience and motivation. I love training with the group I work out with. Everyone supports and pushes the next person to do their best.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
Lately our box has been doing 2 WODs a day.... strength training and AMRAP
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I started Crossfitting back in April of 2012.
