I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Always active and was into cheerleading in high school. Maintained some level of fitness on my own since then mostly through running and body weight exercises.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I coach at CrossFit 760 and love it! I will be doing CrossFit forever.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
If my body would allow it and I didn't have a job, I'd be in the box all the time.
