Former Minor League Baseball player with the Boston Red Sox. Played baseball at the University of South Carolina.

I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I started CF at 262lbs... and have come to love it! I also love coaching other people and bringing it to everyone. Being a coach at CrossFit 7 Mile is amazing!
