How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I have been on strict paleo for over a year, and have recently been on muscle building diet for almost two weeks.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I do CrossFit 4x/week, and do weight lifting training twice a week. I attend "Things I suck at Sunday's" when I can.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I played soccer for many years in my teenage years, then practiced martial arts (Shotokhan) for a while. I have tried working out at a regular gym by doing the spin classes, kickboxing, and weight training with a professional trainer, but nothing really got me as motivated as CrossFit has.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I am a full time transition nursing student, and need crossFit to lower my stress level! I do my 5am wods Mon-Fri because of class, that way I am fully awake by 8am. Wednesay evening I practice regular weight lifting. Saturdays I have clinicals, so it is a rest day from all workouts. I work 32 hours/week, and usually get around 5 hours of sleep a night with a short nap in between.
