How I Eat
6 days a week I try to eat a very low carb diet, then one day a week I carb load.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I primarily follow strongmanWOD.com for the bulk of my personal training mixed in with our affiliates programming.
My Athletic Background
I have been a competitive powerlifter for 11 1/2 years. My wife was introduced to crossfit through friends of our that are affiliate owners. She fell in love with it. I tried it and almost died, but loved all it offered. Less than 6 months later my wife and I are now affiliate owners.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I train other people
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I rest as needed, letting my body tell me when it's ready.
