I started CrossFit in February 2012 and have not looked back since. I've always lived an active lifestyle by lifting weights, snowboarding, running and playing sports but, CrossFit was a whole different experience for me. I found CrossFit during a tough time in my life and I used going to the box as an escape from my troubles. I was intimidated at first but was surprised to see how supportive the community was. I gained confidence from seeing improvements in my lifts and times week after week. Some days I wonder why the hell I put myself through this, haha. I love the competition and how we all encourage each other to be better. I made so many new friends and I genuinely enjoy their company inside and outside of the gym. CrossFit has truly changed my life.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Eggs every morning. Protein shakes in the morning and before bed. Lots of chicken. I like burgers, and I like desserts. I like gummy candies.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I usually follow the programming through my box unless my shoulder injury is acting up.
