I drank the crossfit koolaid in August of 2012. My husband had been doing it for 6 months and after we lived in the same city I started crossfitting. My first WOD was Cindy and then I was hooked. I've always enjoyed competing and working towards a goal. I was a pole vaulter at Texas Tech University and a 2 time record holding state champion in high school. I ran all 3 relays, powerlifted, and cheered in high school. Growing up I was a gymnast and a dancer until I hit my freshman year because my high school was too small for organized gymnastics. I am currently a 2nd year Physician Assistant Student from TTUHSC and will graduate Aug. 2013. After graduation I will practice Family Medicine at a local clinic in Amarillo, TX.
How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I follow Outlaw for my programming.

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I cheered, powerlifted, ran relays and pole vaulted in high school. I was a Div. I pole vaulter in college.
