How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Try to avoid Dairy and processed foods. Try to eat real, whole foods. Limit the amount of grains. Avoid soy and whey products. We buy 80% organic for household groceries.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Also run 2 to 3x's per week. Usually 3.5 mile route.
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
Played Football in college at the I-AA level. Competitive Men's League Rugby at the Super League and Div. II level for 12 years. Currently Crossfit addicted.
