I weigh and measure my food
I follow the Zone diet and have been very happy with it.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I write my own programming
I only workout at CrossFit MNC. We have a great group of people who constantly motivate each other to push ourselves.
My Athletic Background
I dabbled in Powerlifting and enjoyed the experiences with it. I have never been as happy as I am doing CrossFit. The combination of strength and conditioning is perfect!
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I train other people
Less than a year ago I tried my first CrossFit workout and even though I thought I was going to die, I fell in love. In a short amount of time, an opportunity to open up a box presented and my husband and I jumped on it!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically go 4-5 days in a row before taking a rest day. I simply listen to my body. If I'm feeling beat up, I take a day off.
