I only workout at CrossFit MNC. We have a great group of people who constantly motivate each other to push ourselves.
My Athletic Background
I dabbled in Powerlifting and enjoyed the experiences with it. I have never been as happy as I am doing CrossFit. The combination of strength and conditioning is perfect!
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I train other people
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically go 4-5 days in a row before taking a rest day. I simply listen to my body. If I'm feeling beat up, I take a day off.
