How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try to eat well, but I also realize that tomorrow is always fresh with no mistakes in it:)
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I also run with my daughter and dog.

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My husband and I have found this to be a good way to stay fit.
