Bio

I grew up trampolining and was ranked in the top ten in the world for a number of years. After retiring from that at age 22, I took up beach volleyball. Then I went looking for a gym program that didn't bore me… and found crossfit. Originally I started Crossfitting just as a supplement to my volleyball training, and then I fell in love with the competition side of it too. Winning the Australian Regional and going to the Games with Crossfit Athletic in 2014 has been the highlight of my Crossfit career.

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week

I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month

During summer I focus on beach volleyball - training for that 5-7 times a week, and doing only 2-4 Crossfit sessions around that. In winter I will try and up the amount of Crossfit training I do as the beach volleyball season drops off. If I'm training for a Crossfit competition then the month prior I will significantly increase the amount of Crossfit session I do (for instance before the Crossfit Games last year I was training ~10 sessions a week)
