This will be my second time competing in the Crossfit Open :) I am programmed for by Raw Strength and Conditioning on the Gold Coast - check them out at www.rawstrengthandconditioning.com I've been working with Rob for 6 months now, and my strength and conditioning have improved immensely. I am excited for what 2014 has in store!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I don't eat meat, so I'm careful to eat a balanced diet for optimum energy and recovery. I think chocolate is the best recovery food of all ;)

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I have competed in Equestrian, Triathlon and Athletics over the years and done reasonably well at all three. I love Crossfit because every day is different and challenges me to become a better athlete.
