How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to incorporate as many Paleo meals as possible but not strict about it. I love food, so I seem to be either cooking or eating it.
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I record my workouts
I train 4-5 days a week, two of those is at my local Crossfit Affiliate.
