I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My husband (71) and I started crossfit training with Elyse Umeda as a result of our 2 adult sons joining Crossfit 808. The gains in strength as we get older is remarkable in enabling us to still do heavy garden and household chores.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
In between crossfit rest days I practice Iyengar Hatha yoga 3-4 x aweek which I began 10 years ago. Aikido practice is 2 evenings a week.
