I spent the majority of 2015 taking a break from Crossfit and doing a lot of powerlifting and accessory work while recovering from a rotator cuff tear.

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I played professional sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I was a gymnast for 10 years (power tumbling and trampoline), I played high school basketball & golf, ran cross country & track, I played golf at Texas A&M, played professional golf, have ran 1 full marathon & 8 half marathons. After Crossfitting for 1.5 years I had the opportunity to be a part of a Team from Crossfit Abilene and compete in the 2014 South Central Regionals which was a blast!!
