I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Currently doing the Whole 9/Whole 30 Challenge until March, then back to Paleoish/with a couple cheats per week.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
Currently in the Firefighter Academy and have daily PT that is mostly crossfit based. Workout after at crossfit gym.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Just started crossfit in October of last year, previous workouts included Bikram Yoga and occasional running.
