How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Try my best to eat paleo because it makes me feels good, but i try to at least keep it gluten-free if I can't or am feeling like a non-paleo snack. Sometimes you just have to eat some chocolate!....and pizza. No one is perfect.
How I Train
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
Currently unaffiliated following a back injury where I found out I have mild scoliosis. I follow Competitors Wod and am loving it!
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
Volleyball, swimming, and softball in high school. 4 year collegiate swimmer at Springfield College - backstroke, mid-distance, and sprinting thrown in for good measure. Working against the clock is ingrained in me.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
Started CrossFit to get back into shape and stop hating my body, and I quickly learned it was what my body was made for!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Typically, I take 2 rest days per week
