How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I just started the Paleo diet. I cannot say I'm a strict/pure Paleo eater, but I'm sticking pretty close to the guidelines. I've felt great since starting this diet, and it's been very helpful in cutting unnecessary weight.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I started working out at CrossFit Monterey this January, and it has been an excellent experience.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I had been formerly very involved in triathlon, but more recently I have found CrossFit to be a very efficient (time-wise) way to get the workouts in and be healthy and strong.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I've been working to do CrossFit three times a week. We'll see where it goes from here...
