How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Whole grains, lean meats, fruits, and veggies. As little processed food as possible. Still a big fan of whey protein, peanut butter,and almond milk. Weakness = pizza.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
So I (sort of) do my own programming. Right now focusing on building a base of strength with the modified Cube program and do about 1-2 WOD's per week for conditioning.
My Athletic Background
Fitness background mostly in "traditional" bodybuilding style training, martial arts, and rollerblading (ramps, rails, etc).
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I strictly schedule my rest days
About 4 days a week of strength work and tack on 2 WOD's per week.
