How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Pusedo-Paleo with some added carbs from rice and yams for about 5 days of the week... I have cheat days instead of meals! :)
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
CF + trail running, swimming, hills/stairs, biking.
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
Played Football and ran Track (hurdles) in University along with a whole host of intramurals. Then I ran a marathon... not doing that again! Now I enjoy a few mud and obstacle races in the summers.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

Starting to become more consistent after healing up the injuries.
