How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Pusedo-Paleo with some added carbs from rice and yams for about 5 days of the week... I have cheat days instead of meals! :)

My Athletic Background
I played college sports
Played Football and ran Track (hurdles) in University along with a whole host of intramurals. Then I ran a marathon... not doing that again! Now I enjoy a Spartan race or two in the summers.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Tried it a few years ago, now I'm back for good!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Need more consistency... had to take a couple months off in the fall last year.
