I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I train and run 5k and marathon races throughout the year.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I was a competetive gymnast for 14 years. I competed for a club and as a high school athlete. Now, I am a coach for all different age and skill levels.

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
