qualified fitness instructor/ gym manager and spin instructor. full time mum of 2 always on the go and i cant remember i last slept properly but crossfit certainly helps

How I Eat

I eat pretty clean mon-thursday and am relaxed over the weekends to enjoy the freedom of everyday eating out with the kids etc. I train during the wqeek and do active fun stuff on weekends

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

i usually do cardio in the morning ie running or interval sprints or a spin class at work and sometimes a lunchtime wod with gym mebers and try get to crossfit 3 or 4 times on an evening dependant on child care as me and my partner train together at our crossfit box
