I eat strict Paleo

How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I Crossfit 3-4 times a week and will run on off days whenever possible
My Athletic Background
I was athletic in High School but then became somewhat lazy for several years. Starting doing P90X and running and Bikram Yoga. Then I found CrossFit - need I say more!
