have worked out for twenty years last september. played high level hockey but body building was always my passion. Two years ago November became an offical crossfitter and have never looked back.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
about 85% paleo. rest of the time a free for all.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

I was in good shape until I tried crossfit for the first time.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
does anyone know how to mulitply oneself?? I own and operate my own insurance business so working out all the time keeps my hands ruff because paper makes them soft.
