How long have you been doing CrossFit?
After taking a bit of an interest from a distance, I guess I "started" Crossfit in early 2013 in Dubai. My younger brother is a Crossfit coach and athlete. After a few years in different countries, he showed up with an eight pack and quickly suggested we do a workout together. We did a partner hero wod - "The Seven". I scaled and got totally owned. That was the day my life changed!
