How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I work at Trader Joe's, so its always tough to eat super clean, just cause of all of the goodies and cakes that are opened in the back. I try to eat as paleo and zone as possible, its very difficult on days we do tastings.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I've been doing competitive swim since i was about 9 years old, then made the switch to waterpolo, a more physically demanding sport.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Never really took it very serious until now. Only used to it to stay fit for swim and waterpolo. I use it for my other job as a beach lifeguard and try to get my co workers to join as well.
