I weigh and measure my food
I do a combination Paleo Zone with some dairy.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I do the regular workouts at Inner West CrossFit (usually 3-4 per week) plus the Inner West Barbell Club sessions that are included in the IWCF membership (3 per week)
My Athletic Background
I regularly play recreational sports
I have always played sports and currently play club rugby. CrossFit has helped my strength, fitness and intensity exponentially.
