I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I am gluten and dairy free but not by choice.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I also race road, mountain and cyclocross bikes so I train on those 3-4 times a week in addition.

Gymnastics competitive for 10years, soccer, collegiate softball, collegiate diving, 70.3 triathlon and Cat 2 bike racer
