How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
Have just started getting my diet together but before hand i ate whatever i wanted to..
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout 5 days a week with 2 rest days depending on how the body holds up.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I have played state baseball and softball when younger along with soccer,but changed to rugby league and played until 27(until my body couldnt handle anymore).
