As a teenager I trained and competed in Olympic Weightlifting. Since joining Crossfit 25 years later in August of 2012 I have fallen in love with Olympic lifting all over again (the other stuff is fun too!) Crossfit has been a life changing experience for me. Like many people my age I had forgotten how to take care of myself and 'life' had gotten in the way. I feel like I've found my inner competitor again and it is an incredible feeling. The journey has just begun again and I'm looking forward to every step. Huge shout out to all my new friends at Crossfit 604, you all motivate me more than you can ever imagine. Thank you! Thank you! How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
