How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat when I can. Sometimes I just cram it in and go right back to work, like a real caveman.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I started crossfit to improve on my boxing abilities, i.e., strength, speed, and endruance. turns out, I really like crossfit as a competition sport.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
My girlfriend and I started crossfit together...I cant see any other way to train now... Aside from my sport specific training.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
my workouts consist of 4 days on, one day off, one day on, one off.
