I started CF about 3 years ago and have been coaching for a year. I have my L1 and Oly Cert. I'm using the Open as motivation. I'm coming off pretty bad ligament tears in my ankle from Tough Mudder so this is my motivation to get back to where I was before the injury!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I mountaineer, and rock climb, and ski.
