How I Eat
I try to eat fairly close to paleo, but I am a weak weak man. Also, I eat a lot. But really, if you're looking to try to emulate my performance, you really don't need to worry about what you're eating.

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I'm a 41 year old tax lawyer. Multiple workouts in a day just might kill me.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
This should really read: "How long have you been doing CrossFit well?" 4+ years just makes the program look bad.
