Started crossfit in late 2012. Was looking to get back into shape after competing at the collegiate level in ice hockey and track and field. Didn't quite know I would have embraced crossfit with this much passion, but I think it stuck. I can't see myself ever going back to a regular globo gym!
How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try and eat clean 5-6 days a week. I gain weight very quickly so I need to make sure I don't over do it with the cheat meals. Every Sunday though, I will always have a pint of ice cream with my wife.
