How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I will usually eat 4 meals a day consisting of mainly veggies or lean sources of protein. I will also try and drink at least a gallon of water day as well.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I train at Crossfit Watchusett, in Fitchburg, Ma
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
In college i was involved with track field in the spring months and was on the varsity ice hockey team during the winter and end of fall semester. I competed in these sports for all four years of my undergraduate.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I began my crossfit journey. in september of 2012, after i noticed i started to gain a little bit of weight and instantly fell in love with the sport. I can never seem to get enough crossfit.
