Bio

Played ice hockey from 3-23, played through high school and at the collegiate level. Was also apart of the track and field team at the collegiate level as well. Started crossfit to keep my fitness levels up and to keep the Lbs off. Never thought that my passion for crossfit would be as strong as it was for hockey growing up.

ATHLETE INFORMATION

How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I will usually eat 4 meals a day consisting of mainly veggies or lean sources of protein. I will also try and drink at least a gallon of water day as well.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I train at Crossfit Watchusett, in Fitchburg, Ma

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

I played college sports

In college i was involved with track field in the spring months and was on the varsity ice hockey team during the winter and end of fall semester. I competed in these sports for all four years of my undergraduate.

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I began my crossfit journey. in september of 2012, after i noticed i started to gain a little bit of weight and instantly fell in love with the sport. I can never seem to get enough crossfit.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week

I strictly schedule my rest days

I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
