How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
No wheat products. Grass fed meats. Veg. Some chocolate. Coffee. I used to be strict ish Paleo - however, I now eat more carbs - sushi, rice, popcorn.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
Programming from CFSP with added accessory work by myself. Mobility is huge.

I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

My fiancee introduced me and I've been hooked ever since.
