How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I am also on a program with Eric Trick(Google him, he is a big deal), he constantly pushes me to get buff and go HAM by yelling encouraging things like "DO YOU WANT TO GO TO THE GAMES?!"

I regularly play recreational sports
I was the goalie for the Co-Ed Intermural team at BYU. So yeah.....
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
On my rest days, I typically focus on my bi's. Hit that PEAK!
