How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Paleo! Lots of eggs, chicken, some red meat, veggies, a bit of fruit. And yes, I definitely have a cheat day -- on the weekends. Red wine, donuts and candy are my weaknesses.
