How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I'm 100% palio ---- 40% of the time. I mostly stick to the right sized portion with good foods but every once in a while I hear that pizza and beer talking to me in that sensual come hither voice.... I can't resist.
How I Train
Mostly In a pool of sweat.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
Water Polo in High School & Swimming into college.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I regularly read the crossfit journal and watch the videos.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically make it to 3 to 4 workouts a week.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started up in Anchorage back in Sept. of 2011 but was out for a few months with injuries and then a couple more when I moved back to Seattle.
