I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I'm working more on Paleo everyday. Still like my treats. Not quite there yet.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Crossfit Amplify as often as possible.
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
I participated in track and field in college before title 9. I have been running off and on since then.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I was so impressed at the attention to detail that I was sold.
