Bio

Mike Warkentin is the founder of CrossFit 204 in Winnipeg, Canada. He is a member of the fictional High Council of Strength Training, founded in Columbus, Ohio, in December 2010 with Adrian Bozman and Jesse Ward. He is fond of bathrobes and cats. He is also the Managing Editor of the CrossFit Journal. He likes two kinds of music: heavy and metal.
