My training journey started in late 2009 when I got encephalitis (TBE) and had spinal nerve-damages affecting my right leg. I started from scratch in the gym learning to run and jump again, and continued with weight-training and running. In 2010 I ran 10k for the first time in my life (had literally not run since high school) and went on doing half-marathon the same year and developing my strenght. Joined Crossfit Nordic in 2011 and love it!
