I ran track for 4years competatively on Provincial and National level. There-after I was intruduced to Powerlifting where I obtained my National colors and represented South Africa at World champs twice. Due to my strength back-round, its really helped in Crossfit. I will never rue the day I was introduced to this crazy sport.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I follow a strict eating plan to help performance and recovery.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I ran track, 200m and 400m, SA Powerlifter and current crossfitter
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Cant actually remember my life before this sport changed my life.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
Im in the box 2 times a day, 4 to 5 days a week
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started Nov 2012. Never looked back since then :)
