How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat paleo about 80/20. I am trying to eat as healthy as possible but I love spicy nacho Dorrito's. I can eat a whole bag at a time. Damn those Dorrito people for making such an addictive product. And I love cupcakes. Paleo has taken over my life but I still have cheat days. I'm trying to cut them down.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I record my workouts
I mainly workout at Crossfit Chicago but while I'm at the firehouse I try to Crossfit as much as possible using Crossfit Chicago WOD's or Crossfit website WOD's.

My Experience With CrossFit
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I began Crossfit because of a friend who was Crossfiting at the box and I got hooked. This was a life changing experience for me. I lost 40 lbs in about a year and had a new out look on life. People who haven't seen me in a while, don't recognize me now. I feel healthier, stronger and faster. I may not be the fastest or the strongest but everyday I crossfit allows me the opportunity to be better than the day before.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I'm trying increase my endurance to do multiple workouts in a day but I think I have a long way to go.
