How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat based off of my workouts every day, as well as how I felt the day before.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I diversify my training as much as possible.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I swam and played baseball in college. I have been a body builder for the past four years
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I started Crossfit in december of 2012... 3 and a half months ago...lol
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
everything is measured based on how im performing/ how i feel.
