I am 99.9% Plant Based (occasional honey). I began my crossfit journey Oct 2012. I am very excited to be a paricipating in the 2014 open! This year I have been both challenged and blessed to begin coaching. I am looking forward to continuing this journey, learning and getting stronger every day! I am honored to be a part of Screaming Eagle Crossfit!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I am very Plant Based (minus occasional honey). I eat 5-6x per day. I supplement my veggie meals with extra Vegan protein. I try to use as much local and organic foods as possible.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I supplement my crossfit training at my home gym and also with running.
