How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
mostly protein, vegetables, fruit no rice, pasta, bread, sweets
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
very committed to 4 WOD's and 2 one/one training sessions weekly outside of CrossFit, one/one athletic training and yoga classes weekly
My Athletic Background
I regularly play recreational sports
some running races, 2 sprint triathlons
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
going to CrossFit CLE and working with Adam Daugherty for one/one sessions has brought me many hours of joy and pain simultaneously! Everything in my life has improved because of the "CrossFit " attitude I have adapted to. The coaching, training, classes and community are what I look forward to, and what drives me to seek the impossible!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
very detailed on weekly basis when to work hard and when to rest.
