How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Try to eat gluten free and paleo as much as I can if not then try not to cheat too often. I like beer (is that paleo?)
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

4p class at Crossfit Springfield = nothing better!!!
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Started young... all star in T-ball and also in soccer an all star in 5-6 year old league when I was 8. Then they found my birth certificate from overseas and that was that.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
It's alright I'm not addicted or anything the workouts are easy. Obviously kidding Jeremy writes an amazing regimen and I love it. Another shout out to 4p Crossfit Springfield!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
My schedule I try and stick to is Monday/Tuesday - WOD...Wednesday - hot yoga...Thursday - WOD...Friday - hot yoga and WOD...Saturday - WOD and sometimes follow with hero WOD if feeling good...Sunday - sit on my a$$
